For more than 25 years, Andrea has worked with organizations and individuals as a writer, event and marketing expert, professional speaker, and performer. She has assisted organizations and individuals in finding their own unique, core strengths, and putting them out into the marketplace in memorable and creative ways.

She began sharing her Seven Practices to Find and Follow Your Authentic Voice® as a result of more than two decades of personal study and professional experience in the areas of creativity enhancement, and personal growth. She realized she followed a specific process to access that higher level of creativity to determine the best options for herself in her professional and personal life, and that it could also help others.

Prior to starting her business, Andrea served as director of public relations for Ramada, Inc., where she oversaw the philanthropic and international public relations efforts for the corporation, working directly with the chairman of the board.

A magna cum laude graduate of Arizona State University, Andrea is the recipient of more than a dozen awards for her communication work, and has served as a board member for several nonprofit organizations.
