These processes are designed to build upon each other - to be done in sequence -- so the best course of action is to initiate a monthly training program to take your team through the program. I'd love to schedule a meeting to learn what's keeping you up at night -- the good, the bad and the ugly. From that, we'll formulate a solution based on your goals and circumstances.
Comprehensive Program - You're Ready to Sail the World!
Phase I
Within the first 30 days
Conduct the assessment and schedule your Destination and Victory Launch.
Phase II
Within the first three months
Schedule the additional processes at one-month intervals.
Schedule monthly consultation meetings with Andrea to evaluate and identify how
the program is progressing and the focus of the upcoming processes.
Initiate Authentic Leadership executive coaching if applicable.
Phase III
Within the first six months
Conduct additional processes.
Continue monthly consultations and adjust programs accordingly.
Schedule Evaluation and Celebration.
Phase IV
Within the first nine months
Conduct Evaluation and Celebration.
Phase V
Within one year
Based on the evaluation, determine next steps.

I offer these programs individually, recognizing you might not require or want the comprehensive program. I recommend conducting the Assessment, and the Destination and Victory Launch, and concluding with the Evaluation and Celebration. In between, we'll identify the processes based on the findings of our first two processes and consultation meetings.
