In “A Whole New Mind, Why Right-Brainers Will Rule the Future,” author Daniel Pink identifies story, meaning, playfulness and empathy as essential elements to success, as we leave the Information Age and enter what he calls the Conceptual Age.
As more and more companies outsource to Asia, and our options for everything from running shoes to tea bags continue to increase, we need to use these elements to create interest and encourage our customers to engage with us.
